My amazing, fire-starting girlfriend! Happy Thanksgiving! I know you're probably used to battling blazes, but I bet even you can't handle the inferno of delicious food we're about to consume. Seriously though, thank you for being such a wonderfully warm and comforting presence in my life – even warmer than a freshly-lit fireplace (though hopefully less smoky!). Wishing you a day filled with laughter, love, and maybe just a little bit of controlled chaos. Let's give thanks for all the good things, and for escaping another year without any major kitchen fires (thanks to your excellent firefighting skills, I'm sure!). I love you!
